The effects of occupation function through Video Prompting for high school students with autistic spectrum disorder to on-task behaviors and reaction time

Abstract
This study investigated the effects of occupation function through Video Prompting for high school students with ASD. The participants were autistic disorder of social skills, communication and behavior problems with verbal and nonverbal self-stimulus behavior. Employing multiple-baseline across subjects design, researcher evaluated on-task behavior and sustained attention. A Video Prompting through training procedure was conducted in a classroom that consist of video clips 11-steps tasks. During intervention, participants improved on-task behavior and reduced reaction time. So, Video Prompting was higher intervention and maintenance at the follow-up sessions that was 2 weeks after intervention.
